Create an ICQ Unified Messaging Center
  1. Download and unzip the pcc.zip file, which contains the necessary images and HTML code.

  2. Open the HTML file in any text editor.

  3. Edit the HTML file: Look for the following paragraph in the HTML code & fill in your ICQ# :
